Thanks for stopping by my site. My guess is that we are old friends, new friends, or will meet each other some day. In any event a little background. I grew up in the 1000 Islands region of New York State. As a kid I literally lived on the Saint Lawrence River. The River had a deep impact on my whole family. My father, who passed away in 2004, made The River part of his and our lives.

- 2 mile PR - 10 minutes 10 seconds
